F.A.Q.

1) Q. How is the price figured?

A. When you supply us with the required information, we enter it into our computer which uses a formula to calculate a price.

2) Q. Is the price that you quote the exact price to be paid?

A. YES. As long as the pickup and delivery points remain the same along with the type of unit to be transported, the quoted price is the exact price. There are no hidden charges. The quoted price includes transportation and travel expenses to and from the pickup and delivery points, all fuel expenses, and any fees for toll roads. It does not include any costs for repairs in the event your unit should break down en route disabling it from being transported safely. Our price quote is good for 30 days. If you book with us within 30 days of the price quote, we will hold that price even if we are not actually transporting your unit until a few months later. If you book with us after the 30 days, we may have to re-quote the price due to increased costs. Fuel is a huge expense when transporting, and it is impossible to predict where it will be a few months from now. However, for those who book with us within the 30-day period, we will honor the price we quoted even if the price of fuel goes higher. This makes it advantageous to book with us as early as possible.

3) Q. Can I follow you in my car or other vehicle, or ride along with you while you are driving my vehicle or pulling my trailer?

A. YES. If you wish to travel along, you are welcome to do so. If you choose to travel along, you can use your motor home or travel trailer to sleep, cook, and rest in while traveling. When you travel with us, your driver will travel at your pace. We have customers who have a favorite bargain outlet, restaurant, casino, or other attraction they like to stop at along the way. Just let our driver know. If you have any stops possibly in mind when booking with us, please let us know at that time, even if it is not definite. We normally plan ample extra time to reach our destination. However, if we know ahead of time that you may be interested in stopping at some attractions along the way, we may schedule additional time to make the trip. RVing is supposed to be fun, enjoyable, pleasant, and relaxing. At RV Transport Services, we enjoy helping to make your traveling experiences just that way. If you would like to travel along, simply let us know. This is all offered at no extra charge.

4) Q. What if I have pets and am planning to accompany you?

A. Pets such as cats and dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly or confined. Other pets, please inform us for further details.
